Thou I would recommend having at least GTX 1070 as a minimum for 1080p resolution, I myself have GTX 10p resolution so it is even more strain on my GPU and I can still run this game 60 fps stutter free with much improved visual quality. Some guy has posted here his high end PC - RTX 300 and the game still performs poorly for him under 40 FPS. Some people complain HLL runs bad - it is true bad 1% lows (means stutters every 10 seconds), blurriness (caused by not ideal applied anti aliasing method) and low FPS.
